So I have been trying the Keto Diet aka the New Version of the Atkins Diet (wow I'm showing my age lol). As usual, I went into my Critical Thinking skill set. What is this lifestyle doing to my VAGINA? I went to my trusty friend Mr. Google. I googled Keto and PH Balance. I read many of the articles but this one from the Peeps at Wicked Stuff article was very interesting.

By the way, with the help of Instagram, it's making this Keto lifestyle pretty convenient.

I have pointed out the top things to consider if you are trying or thinking about the Keto Diet.

Take cranberry supplements.

Prepare for the lady in red. Talk about sweet cravings during your Menstrual. Dark Chocolate will be your Friend.

Remember that meats takes more to digest. Take a digestive enzyme. However when its that time of month you may want to stick to broth, fat bombs, veggies, and berries. Digesting meats when you’re all puffed up inside can hurt like hell. If it doesn’t, then… lucky you! …keep on keepin’ on.

Don’t weigh yourself during your period.

Chill on the cheese and peanut butter

Watch your estrogen

Take Omega-3

Keep your pH in check. As a lady, our pH levels are especially important. A scientist suggested to drink lemon water every day.
